Exhibit Booth Selection Policy:

Exhibit booth locations are determined in this fashion.  Sponsors are given first choice of booth selection based on Sponsorship Level and time of payment.  Regular exhibitors are then able to select a booth location based on time of payment.  First come, first paid basis.


Note:  PFAS Forum reserves the right to make final decision on booth location to avoid competitors being  located next to one another.  For example, we will do our best not to have two environmental labs next to each other.

Sponsorship/Exhibit Cancellation Policy

Because we will be promoting your firm/organization on our web site,  in  our promotional emails and our Facebook Fan Page and LinkedIn Group  Page no refunds will be given for cancellations. You may request a  credit for a future PFAS Forum event if the request is received 30 days in  advance of the current event.  In the event of bad weather or if the  conference is cancelled, the PFAS Forum is not responsible for nonrefundable  travel fares or lodging, nor will PFAS Forum issue refunds for registrations,  exhibits, sponsorships, event activities or any associated fees.
